What you’ll do:

The Demand Center Senior Analyst supports the strategy, operations, systems, and analysis to enable effective, scalable marketing demand generation programs. Reporting to the Director of Demand Center within Demand Generation (a function of Channel Marketing), this individual will support the measurement and improvement of marketing’s contribution to revenue through optimization in marketing systems, data, and process, and by leveraging the marketing technology stack to its fullest capabilities. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Eloqua administration and how to optimize Eloqua within a broader tech stack to drive and measure demand in a scalable way.

The Demand Center Senior Analyst will support the Director of Demand Center and Demand Center Senior Manager to build and optimize Demand Gen/marketing operational capabilities. This individual will collaborate with a team of Demand Gen marketers, as well as cross-functional business partners (Rev Ops, IT, Sales, Channel Marketing, etc.) to ensure demand gen programs are trackable, measurable, and optimized to increase marketing contribution to revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end demand funnel in collaboration with Rev Ops and Sales, specifically optimizing Eloqua/SFDC lead management, lead scoring, lead routing and marketing effectiveness reporting
  • Monitor lead create and help troubleshoot lead routing issues
  • Ensure marketing tech stack effectively tracks online and off-line customer activities to enable data-driven, customer-centric campaigns
  • Serve as an internal Eloqua expert providing feedback and consultation on the capabilities and limitations of Eloqua, in concert with the Demand Center Senior Manager
  • Work with Rev Ops, IT, Web Strategy and Marketing Automation teams to ensure best practice, optimized use of Eloqua to support broader marketing and business strategy
  • Support and deliver on the Demand Center backlog for projects related to enhancing HMH’s marketing technology capabilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of lead scoring to support lead gen growth strategy
  • Support the integration of marketing data standards across the entire MarTech stack, including Eloqua, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Workfront, etc.
  • Support the elimination of technical debt and clean-up of HMH’s Eloqua instance as part of the overarching Demand Generation team’s strategy
  • Work with marketing teams to implement scalable and repeatable methods of measurement and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with IT and Rev Ops to develop controls on data inputs and outputs to support data cleanliness and data compliance
  • Support documentation outlining processes and governance
  • Monitor lead nurturing, lead scoring, lead routing, and campaign effectiveness data to continuously optimize demand generation programs
  • Stay abreast of new Eloqua and marketing operations developments and make recommendations for strategic improvements to continually optimize and develop the effectiveness of the platform

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
  • Experience with complex marketing automation implementations, including custom data objects, intricate A/B testing, audience targeting, and dynamic content
  • Experience supporting lead management, lead nurturing/scoring, campaign management, content management, web analytics, sales pipeline and forecast management
  • Hands-on application configuration experience with Eloqua
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with Google Analytics and BI tools preferred
  • Experience providing training and guidance on best practices to Eloqua users
  • Strong sense of collaboration across the organization
