Revenue Enablement leverages various platforms to provide account executives with resources and tools to equip them in optimizing every touchpoint with customers. The Senior Digital Enablement Specialist is integral to this strategy by managing two enablement technology platforms:


  1. Sales Enablement Content Management (Highspot) – This content repository allows account executives to access and share key resources to maximize sales revenue.
  2. Learning Management System (Saba Cloud) – This training and learning platform provides opportunities for account executives to maximize their performance through knowledge/skills acquisition and practice opportunities.


The ultimate integration of these platforms with HMH’s customer relationship management tool (SalesForce) will be essential in delivering relevant resources to account executives within their workflows to bring value to each customer touchpoint throughout the customer journey.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Serve as an administrator for both Highspot and Saba Cloud
    • Manage platform accounts
    • Manage platform content
    • Manage platform permissions
    • Oversee the HMH-specific structure of the platforms
    • Report on platform usage
    • Test and implement upgrades to the platforms
    • Troubleshoot and solve problems on the platforms
    • Develop and manage training for the use of the platforms
    • Ensure the security of the platforms
    • Prioritize platform tasks according to their urgency and benefit
    • Build out learning opportunities on Saba Cloud
    • Develop and build spots in Highspot
  • Develop and execute a vision regarding how the platforms can best meet the needs of account executives
  • Communicate with platform users and stakeholders as needed to make sure that the platforms are meeting users needs and producing the desired results for sales initiatives
  • Integrate the platforms with other platforms (like SalesForce) to simplify and optimize tasks for account executives
  • Participate in collaborative, cross-functional teams



  • Clearly communicate with platform users via, email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Superior communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems on platforms

  • Proficiently create and manipulate HTML and CSS code for web development
  • Create and modify graphic designs using technology



  • Expert-level skills with Highspot
  • Ability to learn new platforms quickly (i.e. Saba Cloud)
  • Expert-level skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong skills with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Strong familiarity with CRM Platforms (i.e. SalesForce)
  • Technological expertise on MacOS, Windows, iOS, Chrome, Android and other mobile operating systems
  • Moderate graphic design skills (Preferred)
