As Senior Delivery Lead, you’ll work to help teams achieve their ambitious goals, keeping projects focused, teams healthy, and the company informed. We work in small teams with multiple teams delivering parts of a complete solution with delivery teams focused on cross team collaboration and alignment. Your experience in servant leadership, humble confidence and social grace will help you mentor teams as you partner with fellow leads to foster an open, transparent development environment at HMH.

  • You are able to discover and articulate technical requirements and dependencies on external development teams as deliverables change

Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience with consumer scale software development
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Superior verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, support and understand different project teams
  • Deep understanding and awareness of user-centered design methodologies and product development
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on outcomes is critical

Physical Requirements:

  • Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing)
  • The person in this position needs to move about inside office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings
