Sr Employer Branding Specialist

What You Will Do:

In this role you will be responsible for employment branding strategies that bring the company’s employee value proposition and brand to life for potential new employees, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to build top of funnel strategies, and help optimize the organization’s internship program as part of an overall grow talent initiative specific to DEI and key skill set hiring priorities.

  • Partner closely with the business leaders and recruiters and top-of-the-funnel go to market strategy for positions within our business areas to attract potential and passive candidates
  • Align recruitment market strategy with organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion program and stand.
  • Understand the Discovery Brand and what makes it special and identify ways to amplify those attributes.
  • Create ongoing and innovative engagement initiatives to continuously evolve our employer brand.
  • Manage company’s Glassdoor pages for three countries including company information, company story, and post. Create specific campaigns and activities to increase company’s Glassdoor rating for both employees and potential employees.
  • Build and collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing and Communications on to create schedule and social media post campaigns for audiences in the US, Canada, and Ireland to grow our employer brand reputation and awareness.
  • Build and manages partner relationships to expand DEI focus and critical skills needed including Colleges/Universities, trade schools, recruitment events, and any other partnerships critical for building top-of-the-funnel pipeline.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of an internship program, coordinate the program once it's up and running, assigning interns to various departments, and managing supervisors.
  • Manage employee referral program.


What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
  • 3 years of US and International recruiting, e-marketing, and social media promotions
  • 2 years of prior experience employment branding including website content, analytics measurement, and social media hiring programs
  • Project/program management experience with the ability to plan, execute, and track critical activities and deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience working with hiring Social Media platforms including Glassdoor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook etc.

Benefits and Salary Range:

Salary Range - $58,000-70,000
