We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), Integrations, Async Processing, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). The ideal candidate
has 8–15 years of Salesforce development experience and the ability to lead technical teams, design scalable
solutions, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle.
Salesforce Development
• Design & develop scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable Apex, and Future methods.
• Develop reusable, modular Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build REST/SOAP API integrations, Platform Events, and middleware integrations.
• Implement asynchronous patterns, integration error handling, and retry frameworks.
• Ensure code quality using best practices, design patterns, and optimized performance.
Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Development
• Configure RCA product models, attributes, dependency logic, and pricing elements.
• Support RCA quote-to-order lifecycle including versioning, approvals, and order automation.
• Implement RCA automation using Salesforce Flows and declarative RCA tools.
• Troubleshoot RCA pricing, product configuration, and performance issues.
Technical Leadership
• Lead developers through complex technical initiatives and ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with architects to design technical solutions and solution blueprints.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Own end-to-end delivery including scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Platform Engineering & DevOps
• Implement CI/CD automation using Gearset/Copado and Git version control.
• Manage branching strategies, deployments, and sandbox environments.
• Ensure Salesforce org security, sharing model integrity, and audit compliance.
• Collaborate with QA teams on testing cycles and production readiness.
Documentation & Communication
• Create technical documentation, component libraries, and system diagrams.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, PMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Perform L3 support and root cause analysis for critical production incidents.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8–15 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.
• 1 year of RCA experience or legacy CPQ experience transferable to RCA.
• Deep experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Platform Events, Async Apex.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture.
• Experience with Git, DevOps, Gearset/Copado, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead development teams and manage full development lifecycle.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with OmniStudio and Integration Procedures.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Order Management (OLM).
• Familiarity with event-driven and microservices patterns.
• Experience in large multi-org enterprise environments.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I – Required
• Salesforce Platform Developer II – Highly Preferred
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I – Not Mandatory
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or RCA Training – Not Mandatory
• Salesforce Integration Architect / Application Architect – Nice-to-Have & Not Mandatory
