What you will do


Serve as a senior member of the Revenue Operations BI Tools department responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable revenue operations teams to make informed business decisions.



  • Expand and optimize our data and data pipeline architecture in AWS, and develop dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce Analytics to deliver information and improve efficiency of multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Design and implement scalable data models, develop data pipelines, and integrate data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, Qlik, Salesforce, and AWS technologies.
  • Lead junior development team on troubleshooting and solving open issue tickets.
  • Serve as technical lead on enterprise strategies, including the training and development of junior team members to drive their professional development in support of these strategic enterprise initiatives.
  • Provide technical support to our software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.
  • Build and maintain complex datasets and data pipelines using data warehousing technologies including DBT.
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
  • Lead other team members on key roadmap deliveries and technical concepts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Engineering teams to identify project requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure that all project deliverables are met.


What you will need


  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, followed by three years of experience in a business intelligence role.
  • Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include each of the following:
  • 2 years of experience utilizing Backus-Naur notation to design data models;
  • 2 years database design and development experience using TSQL, PL/SQL, Database Objects, and Metadata API.
  • 2 years of experience developing and maintaining Salesforce security predicate over datasets.
  • 2 years of CRM Analytics dashboard and recipe development including the use of back-end bindings and SAQL query experience.
  • 2 years of experience utilizing data integration tools including Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
  • 2 years of experience working with data warehousing concepts and technologies including star schemas, snowflake schemas, and ETL processes.
  • 2 years of experience utilizing data visualization tools including Qlik Sense and Tableau.
  • 1 year management experience.
