What you’ll do: 
The Corporate Strategy Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization within the K-12 education sector. The incumbent will lead and support internal strategy projects aimed at generating insights, facilitating decision-making, and enhancing our understanding of the industry landscape. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive impactful outcomes.  Additionally, this role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs and effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to senior executives.
Primary Responsibilities:
•    Develop and refine financial models to support strategic decision-making processes and long-term planning initiatives.
•    Lead internal cross-functional task forces to address strategic challenges and drive initiatives forward.
•    Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to inform strategic positioning.
•    Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

 

What you’ll need:
•    Bachelor’s degree required, 3+ years management consulting experience with a top-tier firm.
•    Demonstrated ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
•    Data visualization and presentation skills.
•    Ability to multi-task and be proactive and independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•    Strong project management skills.
•    Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating. 
•    Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and either R or Python for data analysis and visualization.
•    Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
