Inside Sales Associate - EMEA & APAC regions

Purpose of the Role:  Responsible for qualifying inbound sales leads and developing sales pipeline through targeted call campaigns in defined territories.  Respond to inbound requests, calls and emails, from customers and partners.  Establish relationships with territory partners and gain insight into school level opportunities and partner pipeline. Work in partnership with field sales executives to define and support strategic sales initiatives. Take a lead in supporting sales territories, coordinating resources with partners, sales support, customer experience, inside sales and sales management to maintain seamless customer support and sales activity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactive collaboration with Field and Inside Sales Account Executives to support joint territory plan. 
  • Strategically plans sales calls and sales campaigns with direction from Account Executives.
  • Provide strategic sales support coverage in agreed territories responding to requests from partners and customers, following up with emails and outbound calls.
  • Responds to customer and partner requests and problems with appropriate timeliness and concern; Develops professional credibility and trust with the customer and partner.
  • Responsible for follow up and qualifying inbound leads within the territory. Updates lead records in SalesForce.com and passes to the appropriate account executive or partners.
  • Provides timely and complete information needed for consultants and inside resources to perform effectively in the territory; Uses voicemail and email appropriately; Updates Salesforce.com regularly. 
  • Knowledge of each curriculum area to converse comfortably with customers and understand their needs; effectively communicates the major features, advantages, and benefits of each product;
  • Displays a thorough knowledge of the International and private Schools markets in the selected territories.
  • Work on specific promotional campaigns across territories developing and qualifying lead pipeline.
  • Effectively manages sample budget.

Requirements:

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years sales or customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Sales Management Software
