Instructional Learning Coach (Contingent, Spanish-Speaking Focus)

• Education: Math or Literacy specialization (program-dependent)
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Remote role (home office) with required travel for in-person service delivery

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, with required travel)
This is a fully remote position; candidates will office from home. This role requires the ability and willingness to travel to deliver in-person professional learning services.

• Math (Texas and California)
• Literacy Intervention (Virginia, Georgia and California)

What You'll Do
The Contingent Professional Learning Coach delivers high-quality professional learning in both virtual and in-person settings, supporting educators in the effective implementation of HMH programs.
Training and Coaching
• Deliver engaging professional learning aligned to assigned programs
• Facilitate sessions in English and Spanish
• Maintain availability for a minimum of 10 hours/week of service delivery
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction metrics
Student-Centered Coaching
• Lead coaching focused on student growth
• Use data to personalize support
• Connect program implementation to classroom practice
Account Preparation and Delivery
• Prepare using district data and goals
• Communicate with partners and internal teams
• Deliver virtual and onsite sessions, including travel
Growth and Development
• Complete training and credentialing
• Build program and pedagogy expertise
• Engage in continuous professional growth
What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years relevant classroom experience (Math or Literacy)
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience facilitating adult learning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
