What you’ll do: As Product Owner Director, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop a new professional learning experience dedicated to supporting teachers with improving instruction and student outcomes. • Participate in the agile product development process as Product Owner: attending daily Scrum meetings, keeping Scrum artifacts visible, writing user stories and acceptance criteria based on user requirements, helping resolve impediments to the engineering team, and assisting with sprint planning and review meetings.
  • Liaise between project teams and internal stakeholders (e.g., platform product owners, engineering, content development, design, marketing, research, QA, etc.) to collect and synthesize feedback, manage and align project schedules, and contribute to the overall teaching platform vision.
  • Collaborate with product management to develop a deep understanding of the market, collaborate on industry and competitive analyses, contribute to buy versus build decision-making and long-term development roadmaps, and determine engagement key performance indicators.
  • Perform risk assessments and analysis to prioritize and make trade-offs to ensure on time project completion while maintaining educational integrity of products. Responsible for sign-off of features prior to production release.
