What You’ll Do


As a Program Manager, you will ensure successful delivery of proposals on time and within budget, aligned with defined scope, timeline, and cost. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage integrated schedules, gather requirements, and resolve issues. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is key.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Proposal Program Portfolio Oversight and Prioritization

 

  • Implement and coordinate assigned RFPs or collections of RFPs.
  • Create and manage proposal schedules, monitor critical path activities, and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate meetings, document status and risks, and ensure stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee risks, prioritize activities, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support contract activities and maintain working knowledge of RFP status.

 

Proposal Program Portfolio Fiscal Oversight

 

  • Assist in expenditure oversight for assigned RFPs.
  • Investigate time tracking irregularities.
  • Support proposal development and responses to RFPs.
  • Drive cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and quality assurance.

 

Partner Success Advancement

 

  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Network with decision-makers across Operations, Technology, Assessment Design, Publishing, and Program Management.
  • Promote a culture of high-level customer service.

 

Process Coordination and Implementation

 

  • Collaborate to improve processes and ensure overall effectiveness of work products for assigned RFPs.

 

Program Management Leadership

 

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and instill trust by working autonomously within established procedures and practices.

 

What You’ll Need

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1–4 years relevant experience.
    Alternatives: High School plus 3–5 years; Associate degree plus 3 years; Master’s plus 0–3 years; PhD or Law plus 1 year.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage schedules.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
  • PMP certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of program management experience with proven results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet.
  • Experience in education or assessment industry.

 

Physical requirements:

  • Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing).
  • Constantly operates a computer and other digital devices.
  • Ability to collaborate via online meetings and work in cross-functional teams.

 

Salary Range:  $73K – $95K annually
