- System Development & Enhancement: Design, develop, test, and deploy changes to LogPro and related distribution systems, as well as legacy SQL-based applications and reporting platforms.
- Operational Support: Provide 24/7 support for LogPro, SQL servers, and associated applications, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert for LogPro and legacy systems, advising on best practices for system design, SDLC management, and process optimization.
- Database & Reporting Management: Maintain and optimize SQL databases, manage user access, and develop custom reports to meet business needs.
- Integration & Configuration: Implement enhancements, integrations, and configurations for LogPro and legacy systems. Maintain system objects, fields, patches, and documentation.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain programming standards, audit trails, and system documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in LogPro or similar Warehouse and Transportation Management System environments, plus experience managing legacy SQL databases and reporting systems.

· Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
