What you’ll do:

The Treasury Analyst is a key member of the Treasury team who has primary responsibility for cash and debt management activities. This includes determination of the Company’s daily cash position and initiation of transactions in connection with borrowings, investments, and funds transfers. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Company’s banking portfolio, ensuring adherence to internal audit and SOX requirements, and acting as primary liaison for cash management. The Treasury Analyst will assist in developing and maintaining internal reports used to summarize treasury related activity for senior management, and will assist in maintaining short and long term cash forecasting models.

Working in Treasury, the Treasury Analyst will be responsible for the following primary duties:

 

 

1.Cash Management

  • Prepares and reconciles the corporate daily cash position, recommending investing of excess cash or redemption/ borrowing needs
  • Maintains the rolling cash forecast model
  • Funds all domestic and international operational bank accounts
  • Initiates properly authorized electronic funds transfers and assists Accounts Payable with correcting and maintaining vendor banking details
  • Leads Treasury team responses to internal and external cash management and funds movement investigations

 

 

  1. Banking Portfolio Management
  • Maintains the Company’s banking portfolio by coordinating bank account openings, closings, changes and updates to authorized signatories by preparing and submitting all required legal documentation. Develops and maintains a bank account matrix and filing system to include authorized signatories and on-line access authority.
  • Maintains banking software, provides technical support / training to end users and researches / develops business cases for value add recommendations to improve processes and reduce costs
  • Works with all Treasury-based vendors and banks to monitor effectiveness and cost of services provided, such as basic banking services, lockboxes, credit card processing, etc.

 

 

  1. Special Projects
  • Assists in meeting department and corporate goals by actively participating on special projects teams IE: SAP enhancements and upgrades, acquisition integration, credit card activity and fee analysis, etc.
  • Assists internal and external auditors in connection with SOX and period end audits

 

 

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 2+ year(s) of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Microsoft Excel and Office software
  • Experience in: Cash Forecast Modeling
  • Ability to:  Meet Deadlines
  • People skills needed to: Communicate Effectively

 

Preferred but not necessary: CTP Certification

 

 

Salary Range:
$75,000 – 85,000
