We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce RCA Administrator to join our remote technical team in India, supporting our US-based operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and support of our Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) solutions. You will work closely with our Senior Architects and Sales Operations team to implement pricing updates, manage product catalogs, and resolve quoting issues for our global sales force. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn complex revenue cycles, and capable of translating business requirements into effective system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Configuration & Maintenance
  • Maintain and update the Product Catalog, including the setup of product bundles, attributes, and eligibility rules within Revenue Cloud.
  • Execute changes to Pricing Procedures, discount schedules, and price lists based on requirements from the Finance and Sales Operations teams.
  • Configure and test standard Salesforce features such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts to support the quoting process.
  • Assist in the deployment of system updates and patches, ensuring environments (Sandboxes) are synchronized and ready for testing.

User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the first line of defense for Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) support tickets, troubleshooting errors related to quote calculation, document generation, and approval routing.
  • Monitor the "Quote Integration" queue to identify and resolve sync errors between Salesforce and downstream ERP systems.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and licenses specifically for Revenue Cloud and CPQ application sets.
  • Provide rapid response to "deal-blocking" technical issues during critical month-end and quarter-end closing cycles.

Data Management & Quality Assurance

  • Perform bulk data updates for product SKUs and pricing tables using Data Loader or Salesforce Inspector.
  • Conduct routine data integrity audits to ensure active quotes and contracts align with current business rules.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features by executing test scripts and logging defects.

Documentation & Training

  • Create and maintain up-to-date administrative documentation, including field mappings, process flows, and configuration logs.
  • Develop simple "How-To" guides and knowledge base articles to help US sales reps navigate the quoting interface.
  • Deliver basic training sessions to new hires on how to build quotes and navigate the Revenue Cloud workspace.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience: 2–4 years of general Salesforce Administration experience, with at least 1+ year of hands-on exposure to Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: distinct understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle; proficiency with Salesforce Flows, Object relationships, and basic Data Loading tools.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills, capable of communicating clearly with US-based support desks and business users.

Preferred

  • RCA/RLM Exposure: Familiarity with Revenue Cloud Advanced specific concepts like Product Catalog Management (PCM), Pricing Procedures, or Context Rules.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Platform App Builder.
  • Troubleshooting: Experience using the "Developer Console" or "Debug Logs" to identify the root cause of calculation errors.
