Manager Data & Analytics will lead a high-performing team of data experts, ETL developers, and analytics professionals to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions. This role is responsible for architecting and managing data pipelines, analytics platforms, and visualization tools that support strategic decision-making across Sales, Services, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.  This collaborative role requires strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Strategy

• Manage and mentor a team of data, ETL, and analytics specialists.
• Oversee resource allocation, performance management, and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align data initiatives with business goals.

Data Architecture & Engineering

• Lead the design and optimization of data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Informatica.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across all platforms.
• Partner with IT and Data Governance teams to enforce best practices and compliance.

Analytics & Visualization

• Drive the development of dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and CRMA (Salesforce Analytics).
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive and operational stakeholders.
• Support enterprise-wide reporting needs including incentive compensation, platform usage, and customer-facing metrics.

Business Solutions Delivery

• Serve as technical lead on strategic initiatives, including data migrations and enterprise enablement programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, Informatica, and Snowflake environments as needed.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data delivery.
• Champion continuous improvement in data workflows, team operations, and solution quality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data and analytics.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data engineering roles.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS S3, Snowflake, GitHub, dbt, Informatica, Tableau, Power BI, and CRMA.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering enterprise data solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and ETL frameworks.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce data structures and integration.
• Familiarity with Python, T-SQL, and advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of data governance and modern architecture best practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools and processes
